D4 Caucus – Offices & Planning Groups

This page lists all elected offices and RCPGs (recognized community planning groups) that overlap the ‘D4 Caucus’ (District 4 Supervisor District Caucus) area. A primary purpose of this page is to help the D4 Caucus identify elected offices whose jurisdictions overlap the D4 Caucus area and, where applicable, evaluate candidates and submit endorsement recommendations to the Full Central Committee of the RPSDC (Republican Party of San Diego County). RPSDC Endorsement Process
Under Article III of the RPSDC Bylaws, the Full Central Committee has the authority to issue endorsements in the name of the RPSDC. Candidate endorsement requests may proceed through a Supervisor District Caucus recommendation process or an Executive Committee recommendation process, subject to the applicable RPSDC Bylaws and procedures. Recommendations advanced for consideration are ultimately acted upon by the Full Central Committee. [last updated 9/2/26 4:19 AM]

A D4 Caucus recommendation is not itself an RPSDC endorsement; final endorsement authority remains with the Full Central Committee. [last updated 9/2/26 4:19 AM]
