The District 4 Caucus is one of five regional governing bodies of the Republican Party of San Diego County, representing Republicans within County Supervisorial District 4.

County Supervisorial District 4 includes the cities of La Mesa and Lemon Grove, as well as portions of San Diego, along with surrounding unincorporated communities in east and central San Diego County.

Key communities include:
Mt. Helix, Spring Valley, Rancho San Diego, College Area, City Heights, Clairemont Mesa, Kensington-Talmadge, North Park, Normal Heights, Hillcrest, Mission Valley, Paradise Hills, and adjacent neighborhoods within District 4 boundaries.
